Meet Our Team

Our office manager, Judy, has had the pleasure of working in the dental field for the past 30 years. She has been with our team at Moorpark Smiles Dental for four years. Judy received her RDA degree in 1992, and she loves answering questions and helping to put our patients at ease. She loves working with Dr. Takemoto, and enjoys the family feeling of our office and team.

Judy is a dedicated advocate for our patients and is takes great pride in putting gin the extra effort to make sure insurance pays heir portion of the treatment. She loves helping our patients achieve a beautiful smile and making sure that they are well informed about the treatments they need. With her years of experience as an RDA, she is able to go over treatments and the consequences of not having that treatment done, and puts our patients at ease by keeping them informed and assuring them that they will be well cared for by Dr. Takemoto.

Judy and her husband are the proud parents of six daughters and two granddaughters. She considers her family to be her greatest gift in life.

Claudine has been with Moorpark Smiles Dental since 2011. She feels that the most rewarding thing about being with Moorpark Smiles is getting to know her patients and hearing about their families and lives as she forms a relationship with them. Having grown up right here in Ventura County, she loves this area and feels blessed to call it home. She attended Pacific Union College in the beautiful Napa Valley before transferring to Loma Linda University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene.

In her spare time, Claudine enjoys fishing, traveling, trying new foods and spending time with her family, which is comprised of an awesome husband of more than 20 years and two amazing children

Orfa has been in the dental field for the past 7 years. She began her career working in the front desk and fell in love with dentistry. She decided to further her education and obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene at West Los Angeles College.

She is very passionate in providing thorough dental care and loves to build relationships with her patients. Patient education has always been her top priority in order to improve every individual’s oral health, one smile at a time!

Orfa was raised in Thousand Oaks and comes from a big family of 7. She loves to spend her time traveling, hiking, and exploring new restaurants. However, Orfa’s favorite time spent is creating new memories with her family and friends. She is very family orientated and cherishes those relationships dear to her heart.
